Golden Gate Meat Company is a collection of family-owned Bay Area businesses serving consumers, chefs and high-end restaurants and hotels. The separate wholesale and retail establishments had different websites and designs and seemed unrelated, even though their was plenty of cross-over. As they were approaching the launch of their latest outlet in Santa Rosa, they came to us for guidance.
We suggested unifying the look and feel of the sites and combining links to all of them on a common landing page so that new visitors and returning customers could easily navigate to the correct site in just one click.
By making the landing page quick to load, it could act like an app, and by including phone numbers, customers in a hurry could connect with them, right from the landing page, without having to visit any of the sub sites.
