Susan Stone Mediation provides mediation services and dispute conferencing. Very serious subjects, but in interviewing Susan we could tell that she would like some of her unique sense of humor to cut through the more heavy tone of her work.

Some projects require extensive research and development of seemingly endless revisions. In Susan's case, we wound up with a solid, simple plan during our first client meeting. Sometimes, in clearly defining what you don't want to do, an obvious solution presents itself.

With no need for a logo or print materials, we could focus on building the website, inferring  a simple explanation of what she has to offer and encourage prospective clients to contact her directly.
