We've worked with Leigh Kjeldsen from Valley Audiology for many years, directing their print and branding strategies. When it was time to update their online presence, they didn't want something cold and steril, like so many of their competitors. Nor did they want what looked like a sponsored hearing aid shop.
We worked with renowned photographer Robert Houser to get some friendlier and more welcoming images for the website and we worked with Leigh to pare things down to more of an overview of her practice, driving potential clients to book an appointment or at least call or email to learn more. Although some people might want to do more research on the subject, she felt that one-on-one consulting was more valuable than being encyclopedic on the website.
Their ongoing success led to opening a second office in Walnut Creek, but rather than creating a separate website for each, we built in easy to use maps with Google's API, so that clients could get directions on their mobile phones.
